The jewelry you see in this store is 100% handmade , so it is normal for it to have small imperfections (I am not a machine, nor do I work with molds).

I work under the premise that a jewel is a treasure that transcends time, so I offer you an ETERNAL GUARANTEE .

This will apply if you have any of the following problems:
- Welding of any joint or the stem of the ring.
- The stone is released or dropped, as long as it does not break.

What is not included in the warranty?
- Exchange for another model of jewelry.
- Deformation of the piece due to misuse (for example, if you stepped on it). This work is priced at $15,000.
- Breaking of the stone.
- A broken chain or clasp can be repaired for $10,000.

What if I want to change the size of a ring?
Your first ring purchase includes a free ring sizer. The guarantee includes one size exchange, as it's common to make mistakes when we're not entirely sure of our measurement.
Subsequent changes, regardless of how long ago your purchase was, will have an additional cost of $10,000.

What if I lost a ring and it was my favorite?
In these cases, I'll give you a new pair, and you give me the remaining one. Since I work by hand, each piece can be different, and it's not ideal to have an uneven pair.
The price of 1 ring is charged.


Important!
To ensure that a piece of jewelry lasts forever, take care of it properly:
- Avoid knocks to prevent the stone from breaking. Also, remember to keep your jewelry in your pocket or at the bottom of your purse to prevent bending or scratching.
- Store in your special jewelry box or bag.
- Clean them regularly. You can use the cloth we have in the store or clean them with a soap and water solution, scrubbing with a soft brush.
