Do you make the jewelry yourself?
Everything you see in the store is made by me , working in 950 sterling silver.
The only thing I don't make are fine chains and clasps. They're also made of 925 sterling silver, made in Chile or Italy.
Is all stock immediately available?
While I don't have all the stock in physical storage, the store ships orders the day after your purchase.
In case of any delay, you will be notified in advance.
Materials
What is 950 silver? Is it Chilean silver?
Pure silver (999) must be alloyed with copper to give it greater strength when working. I work with 950 purity: 95% silver and 5% copper. It's made in Chile.
The chains I use are 925 silver, which is harder. In this case, 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Made in Chile and Italy.
The silver I work with is free of other metals, such as nickel, making it safe for you if you have allergies.

Do you ship to regions?
Yes, I'm from Santiago, but I sell to all of Chile. You can find the prices by region in the shipping section.
Do you ship outside of Chile?
At the moment, the store is only available in Chile.

Custom Jewelry
If I have some jewelry I want to recycle, can I place an order with you?
I only recycle gold, not silver. If you'd like any of the gold jewelry I have here, we could use some of that metal to make it.
It is also common to recycle family jewels to make wedding rings.
Do you make gold jewelry?
Yes, at the moment I only work on request, with 18K or 24K gold.
I can make any model in the store.
